Job Description
We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and proven experience in people management—someone who is also creative and proactive—to manage and develop on-camera talent for our TikTok channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing hosts and talent, including contract negotiations and ensuring all content aligns with our brand messaging and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Live and Video Production teams to develop creative concepts and talent-driven content ideas.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of all projects.
- Analyse the performance of talent or live stream hosts using relevant metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media content creation, and talent hosting.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, such as scheduling, coordinating shoots, managing payments, and updating the talent database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with talent and external partners.
- Show high responsibility and commitment to handling and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Display strong attention to detail, remain organised, and multitask effectively.
- Possess strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Have a solid understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
- Apply a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make informed decisions.
- Be willing to work on-site (WFO) at Green Office Park, BSD, Tangerang.
