Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Record and maintain the AP, ensuring all invoices and payments are recorded promptly and correctly
- Record and monitor inventory to ensure the accurate assignment of costs to inventory, including the purchase price, freight costs, and any other associated costs
- Analyze variances between actual inventory costs and standard costs
- Ensure all AP and inventory accounts are fully reconciled as part of the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Involve and act as in-charge from Accounting Department for yearly stock opnam
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting/Account Payables/Inventory control
- Skilled in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in costing (cost of goods sold, cost analysis, and cost reporting) is preferred, which able to record, analyze, and reconcile inventory data accurately.
- Experience with maintain accurate transaction records in AP books.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
