Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities compliance to overall procedure for sales target achievement
- Ensure effective daily operation that will sustain target accomplishment
- Monitor and maintain effectiveness in overall admission operational activities in Marketing area
- Ensure CRM system usage as the main database system to maximize the potential customer for all sales and marketing activities
- Assist Manager in monitoring CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales/marketing/data analytics/educational admissions.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Demonstrated excellence in using and optimizing CRM Salesforce systems for lead management, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Experience in managing end-to-end admissions or sales processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia & English.
