    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and general affairs staff.
    • Manage office needs including procurement of supplies, utilities, and maintenance services.
    • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and recordkeeping of company assets, contracts, and permits.
    • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for facility-related matters.
    • Monitor and control inventory of office assets and stationery; ensure timely replenishment.
    • Support HR in organizing employee events, onboarding logistics, and office layout arrangements.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
    • Prepare regular reports and documentation for internal use or audit purposes.
    • Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and procedures.
    • Support budgeting and cost control for office operational expenses.



    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in General Affairs or Office Administration.
    • Proven experience in leading a small team or supervising staff.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
    • Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with procurement processes, office health & safety, and asset management.
    • Experience in facility or building management is a plus.
