Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and general affairs staff.
- Manage office needs including procurement of supplies, utilities, and maintenance services.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and recordkeeping of company assets, contracts, and permits.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for facility-related matters.
- Monitor and control inventory of office assets and stationery; ensure timely replenishment.
- Support HR in organizing employee events, onboarding logistics, and office layout arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and documentation for internal use or audit purposes.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and procedures.
- Support budgeting and cost control for office operational expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in General Affairs or Office Administration.
- Proven experience in leading a small team or supervising staff.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, office health & safety, and asset management.
- Experience in facility or building management is a plus.
