Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Learn and apply accounting standards relevant to business transactions.
- Support the team in analyzing variances and compiling financial documents.
- Assist with account reviews, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
- Help maintain audit folders and reporting files.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize documents for internal presentations.
- Share regular progress updates with your team and maintain your work schedule.
- Perform self-review before submitting tasks to your supervisor.
- Collaborate on improving finance processes and reporting systems.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Finance, or related major.
- Minimum 6 months of internship experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Comfortable using Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and the accounting cycle.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and manage task deadlines.
- Professional and clear in written communication (especially emails).
