Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and enhance relations with existing clients by various communication channels
- Retain, upsell, and cross sell products to existing users
- Plan, execute, and oversee events/gatherings aimed at solidifying relations, building new network, and other business objectives
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure satisfactory resolution of client issues
- Gain a comprehensive grasp of crucial customer requirements and effectively manage stakeholder relationships to surpass KPI targets.
- Proven experience in account or relationship management role
- Having experience in B2B direct selling/pitching is a must
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
