Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Professional Growth: Support the professional development of our teachers through tailored guidance and feedback.
- Clear Communication: Foster clear and effective communication with teachers to streamline duties and reduce misunderstandings.
- Timely Reporting: Oversee the submission of necessary paperwork and reports by established deadlines.
- Motivation and Encouragement: Inspire and empower our teachers to excel in their daily responsibilities.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in education, with a focus on teaching English. Prior managerial experience is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (minimum C2 level).
- Passion for Development: Strong interest in nurturing teachers' skills and supporting their well-being.
- Certifications: Holding a TESOL/TEFL/CELTA, TOEFL iBT or IELTS certificate is an advantage.
